BREADS

The Pocket
Locally baked in Buffalo, a staple in Meditteranean cuisine; our pockets are custom baked for Pita Gourmet. A soft, light round pocket cut open at the top and ready for stuffing to your desire.

The Wrap 
Shipped in from Chicago's famed Greek district – the pita wrap is a 7" traditional  Greek style pita grilled to perfection.

MEAT/MEATLESS FILLINGS

Gyros (yee-ros) 
A seasoned blend of beef and lamb cooked on our rotisserie. Cooking time none.

Chicken (chick-in) 
Fresh white tenders butterflied and marinated in-house with our traditional family recipe, char-grilled to perfection. Cooking time none.

Beef (bee-eef) 
Sirloin tip, cut, trimmed and marinated in-house with our own traditional family recipe. Char-grilled medium unless otherwise noted. Cooking time 3-4 minutes.

Falafel (fe-la-fel) 
Ground dry chick peas with pureed garlic, onion, parsley, cilantro and our own special blend of imported spices, deep fried to a crisp frech per order. Cooking time 2-3 minutes.

Tuna (too-na) 
Housemade tuna salad with mayonaisse and spices, made fresh daily. No cooking time.

Fish Filet (fi-sh fi-lay) 
4oz breaded icelandic brand haddock fried to a golden crisp. Cooking time 3-4 minutes.

Burger (ber-ger) 
1/3 lb angus beef char-grilled well-done and juicy. Cooking time 3-4 minutes.

House Greek Dressing (greek) 
Red wine vinegar, vegetable and olive oil blend, secret blend of spices.

Tzatziki Sauce (tsaet-siki) 
Sour cream based cucumber, garlic sauce.

Hummus (hum-mos) 
Cooked garbanzo bean dip, pureed with lemon, garlic and tahini paste (ground sesame.)

Baba Ghanouj (ba-buh-guh-noozh) 
Roasted eggplant dip pureed with lemon, garlic and tahini paste.

Tahini Sauce (ta-hi-ni) 
Tahini paste (ground sesame), lemon, garlic sauce.

Dill Dip (dill) 
A creamy garlic dill dressing.

Garlic Sauce/Toum (tomb) 
Pureed fresh garlic, oil and lemon dip. Take a breath mint!

Buffalo Sauce (buh-fa-lo) 
Joe's spicy, creamy version of traditional Buffalo style sauce.

Tartar Sauce (tar-ter) 
Mayonnaise, sweet relish, mustard and seasoning.
